1. Who we are

• Account: email, password (hashed), phone number (optional), language, Telegram chat id if you connect Telegram.
• Alerts: visa centre, visa type, preferred dates, notification channels, and — for agencies — your client's name, email and phone.
• Automatic booking (optional): the login of your account on the provider's website (password stored encrypted) and the applicant's passport details needed to book.
• Payments: handled by Stripe; we only keep the amount, status and Stripe references, never your card details.
• Technical data: IP address and logs used for security (rate limiting, abuse prevention).

3. Why we use it

To provide the service you ordered (monitoring, alerts, automatic booking), to take payments, to secure the service and to answer your requests. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Processors

Hosting [host], email [email provider], SMS (BulkGate), Telegram, mobile push (Expo), payments (Stripe), Google sign-in (Google), error monitoring (Sentry). Some of them may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open. Provider credentials and passport details are deleted with the alert or the account. Technical logs are purged after 30 to 180 days. Payment records are kept as required by accounting law.

6. Your rights

You can download your data and delete your account at any time from your profile. You can also contact us to access, correct or object to the processing of your data, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
