bot-visa.com monitors the appointment calendars of visa application centres and notifies you when slots appear; with the automatic booking plan, it tries to book a slot for you with your own account. We are an independent service, not affiliated with any visa provider, embassy or consulate, and we have no influence on visa decisions.

2. No guarantee of result

Appointment availability depends only on the providers. We do our best to detect slots quickly but cannot guarantee that a slot will be found or booked within a given time.

3. Your commitments

You provide accurate information, use the service for your own applications (or, for agencies, your clients' with their consent), and remain responsible for your visa application and for complying with the providers' terms.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown including taxes. Payment is made by card via Stripe. Plans start when payment is confirmed and last for the duration shown. [Refund policy.]

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the plan concerned. We are not liable for the providers' decisions, delays, fees or website changes.

6. Termination

You can pause an alert or delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts in case of abuse.
